    “Priority Mail, Rush Processing” means that we will move your order up to the front of the line and get it out the door just as quickly as we can (usually within 1-2 days depending on the time you entered your order). Choosing this option rushes your order internally but your mail delivery is not expedited – it will be shipped Priority Mail.



    Most orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, with Saturday Delivery included. We choose to use this as our default method because this method offers tracking and insurance for up to $50 of value on any lost or damaged package. It also offers quicker shipping (1-3 days within the continental United States) although this is not guaranteed.

    We understand how disappointing it is to receive your items damaged. It is our responsibility to make sure your order is complete and perfect prior to it leaving our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your package to you.

    Since we have no control of your order once it leaves our warehouse we currently offer an insurance option that can be purchased at the time of checkout. We encourage you to purchase the insurance option. Purchasing this option gives you the ability to make a claim with the postal service and arrange to have your money refunded if your package is damaged, lost or stolen. Please understand that without this insurance the postal service will not process any claims.

    When purchased, the Shipping Insurance will be labeled "Gift Wrap" however, SYT does recognize this line item as "Shipping Insurance."
